Executive Sales Manager Chantelle Iadanza is living a dream life. While most 26 year olds are still establishing themselves in their lives and careers, Chantelle has hers well in hand, with a steadily growing ESMship and a lifestyle that many her age, and older, would be envious of. But this is not a fairytale… this is the story of a lovely lady with focus, passion and a steadfast belief in the Nutrimetics Opportunity.

“I’ve been using Nutrimetics since I was about 10 so I love the products! I’m from Perth and when I moved to Adelaide I was just going from Party to Party buying the products I needed. That’s where I met Maria Condina, my Upline, and she suggested I get my own account so I can get discount on my products!And that’s why I joined… I really had no intention of doing Parties.

Then I was invited to the Dream Car launch and there were all these other people there who wanted to achieve it, and I decided I wanted it too. So I started doing Parties and achieving the figures to elevate to Manager without even knowing it! I got my Nutrimetics car and everything went from there.

The Party plays a huge part in my business, it’s helped with my personal income and it’s where I’ve met the amazing girls in my team. I’m a huge fan of sponsoring the Hostess so most of my Party planners are actually Hostesses I’ve sponsored and then invited to Beauty & Business Basics Training (BBB). BBB has also been important to sponsoring because it flows naturally on from joining, and new Consultants can decide what they’re going to do from there.

When they join I tell them that the Welcome Party is a part of their joining Kit, so they can get all their friends together and I’ll come along and show them the products. It’s a great way to introduce their friends to Nutrimetics and they can reorder from the new Consultant.

Whenever I have someone new in myteam I always try to follow up with them after BBB – just to ask what they thought of it, if they have any questions and if they’ve thought of maybe giving it a go. If I get an inkling of interest, I’ll always invite them to catch up for coffee and a oneon-one so we can talk more about the business and see if what we’re looking for and what they’re looking for match up.

Often they’ll have the fear and doubt which is very normal. People will say to me ‘I don’t think I can do Parties,’ or ‘I don’t like talking in front of people,’ and I tell them that it’s fine… everybody – including me – feels this way in the beginning, but we help you… we hold your hand until you feel comfortable to fly on your own.

I don’t like to overwhelm them with how they could become a Group Leader and then a Senior Group Leader and then a Manager because in the beginning the actual Party itself can seem a little overwhelming. I like to get them straight into their Welcome Party and that gives them a better idea of how everything fits together and then we take it step-bystep. The bookings we get from that Party become the Training Parties and we move on from there.

Training is a huge part in their development as well; if they want their business to grow, it’s really important that they attend training every week because that’s going tokeep them inspired and motivated, and give them all the tools they need to keep going in this business. I also love the idea of promotions that reward consistency in salesand sponsoring… it’s great for the newer Consultants’ development and understanding of how the business works, and I really believe that consistency is the key to success.

I work three days a week so I fit my Parties in around that. My husband Matthew is a chef and he works weekends which is one of the reasons I love Nutrimetics… it gives me the flexibility to work around his hours. It also means I have a four day long weekend every week, and he has Mondays and Tuesdays off so that’s our weekend together! Matthew’s support is amazing, as is the support I receive from my fantastic Uplines, Maria Condina and Mimi Carbone, and, of course, my wonderful team!

I feel blessed to have the opportunity to be involved with Nutrimetics, it’s changed my life and I never thought at the age of 26 I’d have all these amazing things in my life. The financial freedom is amazing and the rewards and recognition are out of this world.
