Products purchased from your Consultant's Nutrimetics website
If you purchased your product from your Nutrimetics Consultant’s website you will need to contact them with the product you wish to return. Just return to their website and go to the ‘About’ section to contact them directly. Alternatively you can refer to the invoice that was emailed to you when you placed your order as this has your Consultants contact details noted on it.

If you purchased your product direct from the Nutrimetics public website and did not choose to order from a Consultant please view the policy on Returns & Exchanges for your country by clicking on the links below:

Mailing your Return or Exchange
All Returns and Exchanges are to be mailed directly to the address below:

All Product Returns and Exchanges must comply with our Returns and Exchanges Policy

- Please refer to the second page of the Product Action Request Form for full details of the Policy
- The Australian Product Action Request Form must be completed in full
- All product exchanges are to be straight forward
