When I entered the Dream Cash programme, my vision was to inspire and encourage new Consultants to make a difference in their lives; and to give women choices on what they wanted to achieve, and in return I achieved mine - achieve $35,000 cash and pay our mortgage off quickly. One of the things that have helped me develop my team is holding bookathon nights to support my Consultants book shows in their diary. One-on-one contact and training has also been a big part of strengthening my team.  When I realised that achieving Dream Car would help me make my personal dream come true – like taking the grandchildren to Disneyland – the effort required to achieve it seemed worthwhile. There are always

challenges when you step outside your comfort zone. The plus side is that it allows you to find an inner strength; and new ideas evolve and allow you to overcome the challenge of the moment. The step-by step-nature of the little carrots along the way were important; however seeing the excitement that the programme generated and the development within the team surpassed all the carrots as the real team grew and together we achieved our goal.
