Finding a/your Consultant

A Nutrimetics Consultant can offer you the best personalised customer service, while introducing you to our latest products and offers. You can now place orders directly through your Consultant’s website.

If you have a Consultant already and would like to place your order with them, you can find them using the Find a Consultant link. Enter their full name and state or town, as indicated, and continue shopping on their personalised Nutrimetics website by clicking on shop online. Or if they have given you their personal web address (URL) then you can just type that in to your browser and go straight there.

Things to note when searching for your Consultant:

The search is specific. ie If your Consultant's name is Jo-Ann, then you must enter the name as it is spelt, with the hyphen. The search will not recognise JoAnn.

If you don’t have a Consultant then use the Find a Consultant link to search your local postcode to find your nearest Nutrimetics Consultant.We'll put you in touch with a Consultant and they will contact you directly if you choose to. All orders are delivered to you directly.

Ordering

Ordering with Nutrimetics is quick and simple to do. Here are the steps you need to place an order.

Find the products you want

First you will need to browse or search for the products you would like to order.

Add the products to your Shopping Bag

Select to add the products you would like to buy straight to your Shopping Bag. Some products have shades or fragrances that need to be selected before adding to your Bag. Your Shopping Bag link in the top right corner will tell you how many items you have in your Shopping Bag as you continue shopping.

Proceed to Shopping Bag

Once you are happy and have finished shopping, select the Shopping Bag link in the top right hand corner to proceed to review and payment.

Find a Consultant

If a customer is new to Nutrimetics and they don’t have a Consultant, the customer will be assigned the closest Consultant in their area via a search performed by using the customer’s postcode.

Select your country, you will need to say whether you are located in Australia or New Zealand and whether you have a Nutrimetics Consultant.

If you select yes, then it will ask you for your Consultant’s first name and their state. Using this information your Consultant will be found if they have a Nutrimetics website. If they have a personalised Nutrimetics website then you will need to select ‘Use this Consultant'.

If you select that you don’t have a Nutrimetics Consultant, To find one nearest to you, enter your postcode. If there is a Consultant nearby you, you will be asked to contact our Customer Service Team.

Your Shopping Bag

View what you have added to your Shopping Bag. Any bonus offers or gifts you are entitled to will be added to your bag here, and you can update quantities or remove products from your Bag.

When you’re ready to place your order, select the ‘Proceed to checkout’ button.

Enter your Delivery & Payment Details

Tell us where you would like your order to be delivered to, and how you would like to pay for it.

Review & Submit your order

Review the accuracy of all of the details of your order, the products, number of products, delivery and payment details. When you are ready, select ‘Submit order’. This may take a few moments as we process your order.

Once you place an order we will send you an email with all of the order details. We will send you another email once your order has been shipped.

Contacting Us/Your Consultant

If you placed your order through a Consultant then their contact details will be displayed on your order confirmation email. Alternatively return to their website and go to their ‘About’ link in the top right hand corner of their website or call Customer Support Line on 1800 802 151 (Australia) or 0800 403 503 (New Zealand).
